Marlow is a very popular area to rent or buy a property. It is a popular small town in a picturesque position on the banks of the River Thames in South Buckinghamshire. Marlow property has a lot of variety; some houses are hundreds of years old. There are also housing estates with flats to rent.

Higginson Park is one of Marlow's most popular destinations, and it is used to host many popular community events, including Marlow Town Regatta and Marlow Carnival.

Among Marlow's many popular eateries is The Cheerful Soul in the Hare and Hounds which his owned by the winners of BBC Two cookery show - The Restaurant.

Marlow also has two supermarkets.

Transport

Marlow has easy access to Maidenhead, High Wycombe and Henley. The A404 Marlow by-pass links the M4 and M40. There is a direct railway line to Bourne End, Cookham, Furze Platt and Maidenhead, which is on the main line to London Paddington.

Schools

Marlow is served by seven primary schools.

Bucks has a selective education system and after an 11-plus exam pupils generally go to Sir William Borlase's Grammar School, Great Marlow School in Marlow or Wye Valley School in Bourne End. Pupils can also study at schools in Maidenhead and High Wycombe.
